Level One is for babies who have not participated in an underwater swimming course before.
Relying on the diving reflex and introducing the command 'ready go' we gently teach your baby to swim underwater.
By the end of the nine-week course your baby will confidently swim short distances underwater. They will learn to support themselves on the side of the pool. This is a unique safety skill.
Required age – 10 weeks to 12 months.
